to be perfectly honest though baza, if you want to get better, some genuine simple tips

hit second: you'll always win a strike war if you're the second one to hit, even better circumstances if the core is walking towards the enemy goal, they're forced to hit it away so you can just hit it back immediately

use practice to 100% learn all your hotboxes and practice doing certain move combos that you're certain you can pull off in game to aid in scoring

stay spread from your teammate, OR stay positioned between the enemy forwards, because then you can intercept passes and disrupt plays they can make

don't lose yourself in game, if you make sure to keep and eye on the core and yourself, you're able to find openings

this one is a bit more of a tricky one but if you can analyze habits of the forwards or goalies then you'll have a much easier time getting goaks because you know what they're gonna do
