Character info screen persists into match

I'm on Switch. In the pre-match segment where you pick characters, you can look at info about the character like their skills. But if you're still viewing the information when the match starts, that info stays on screen during the entire match. No button will remove it. After the match ends, the info leaves the screen and everything is normal again.

I had this same issue if you undock the switch you can remove it by clicking the X in the top right but otherwise you can't do anything.
