It's a bug on the server side, so of course the client sees it
Some series of actions can bug the server resulting in that. This is very different from traditional speed/hp/tp hacks, which are commonly issues with the server trusting the client.

I tried testing it for like an hour and couldnt figure out a full repro but managed to figure out most of it
Its a pretty common bug
Id say it happens in over a third of games

the issue here isn't whether he has the training bug or not, its why does his speed never changed throughout the clip
even after watching other stream clip of my kai, I can see a difference in speed when crossover and speed boost ends
