#Color issue

I have an issue where RVT colors are not rendering correctly. Attached is a picture that demonstrates the problem. Landscape that is writing to an RVT and then there's a cube with a simple material where all the values are read from the RVT.

Any idea what setting(s) might be causing this? I did not have a problem like this in a different project.

did u plugin like specular , roughness etc in the rvt and on the otherside out in the object material?

Yes, everything was plugged in. I created test materials where I'm only reading the color and setting everything else manually, and the problem is still there. Forgot to mention that this is in UE 5.4.1

look if in the viewmode unlti it is the same or not πŸ™‚

could it also be a colorspace/compression difference?

Turns out it wasn't caused by RVT (just noticed it when I was working on rvt blending, so I thought it was related, and I think rvt makes it more noticeable), but something (lumen?) affects the colors based on height. Is there a setting I can change to increase the distance where this happens? In the pic landscape and 3 cubes all have the same simple material assigned (no rvt).

Thank you! It wasn't exponential height fog but sky atmosphere (maybe working with the exponential height fog?). It didn't even occur to me that something like that would change the colors of an object 50 cm off the ground. The problem is that if I turn that component off, then shadows become too dark. But at least I now know where the problem is and hopefully can tweak some settings to make the color variation less noticeable while keeping the shadows.
