the upgrade rates for jewelry are way to low. since you need to do it minimum of 5 times (assuming you don't upgrade multiple sets sorry pvp players)
weapon ultimate upgrade rates are in an obtainable spot why is it that the ultimate jewelry upgrade rates are almost triple of a weapon per piece.
make the required sunstones + xpros of ultimate jewerly the same as weapon upgrade rates so it actually is a realistic goal people can work towards on main server

Yes the rates are so bad people don't even bother with upgrading jewelry. I am 100% sure Gala makes more money with it if rates are lower and also players would be more satisfied.

Definitely needs to be adjusted to match weapon upgrade chance. Most servers don’t even have enough sunstones on the market for someone to upgrade their jewels. Players are forced to wait days if not weeks for enough sunstones to drop.

They won't change it, because that's the current final phase to upgrade them, similar to the rng upgrade on ultimate,
