No Soul Fragment at end of Infernal dungeon

Summary: After killing Khan in Infernal Wilds, I received no Soul Fragment (A). Another player in the same run didn't receive that or the Cursed Jewelry Fragments, which I did not check and can not confirm if I received any or not.

Expected result: I expected to receive a Soul Fragment (A) and Cursed Jewelry Fragments after killing Khan

Actual result: I did not receive a Soul Fragment (A)

Additional comments: This dungeon is over two years old and this is still an issue people run into every once in a while with not receiving the rewards. I was not far away from Khan as I was the tank, so that wasn't the reason I did not receive the dungeon rewards. I was not dead. Either way, you should not miss out on rewards if you are dead or slightly too far away from the boss because you ran away with fever. You should always receive dungeon completion rewards when you complete a dungeon.

maybe u were too far from the boss when it was killed that's why u only received cjf and no sl a frags

Do you have the quest? Or maybe you already have 50/50 ? :p

But i agree with uu, one shouldnt missed out frags once dungeons is complete and out of rage for the boss for as long u’r still in the dungeons.
