#Remove/Rework Force Master Skills Penalty

All of the useful skills of forcemaster has a penalty or downside along with it. Even the selfbuff have these for example.

Concentration has -1% to -2% MP and upto -40%MP at full Stacks
Nen Overflow +35% IA and -80 to -90% MP with 15s uptime and 1min30s cd
Enlightenment - Knuckle Power has +40% Dct -15% Magical Power -100% PvP Damage

Aura Buffs:
Touch Of Rhisis and Ire of Iblis +15% Incoming Damage
Bubble's Blessing: +40% to +55% Incoming Damage

All of these were considered in both pve and pvp setting in light of the previous state that forcemaster was in. however, multiple nerfs have been received and the penalties remained the same eg;

Ire of Iblis: - incoming damage % was removed for the party
Bubble's blessing: + magical power % was removed for both the user and the party

With these, I suggest that we make balance changes by;

  1. Removing the -15% magical power penalty in Enlightenment - Knuckle Power
  2. Lowering the + incoming % for all the aura buffs to +10% incoming damage (Touch of Rhisis, Bubble's Blessing, and Ire of Iblis)
  3. Buffing the Bubble's blessing from the supposed 1% increased attack to 2% increased attack scaling per baraqijal esna level, which means at max stacks it should give 8.5% IA to the caster and to the party in replacement of the + magical power % removed. If this is to be implemented, the +15% incoming damage should remain for Bubble's blessing.
  4. Nen Overflow base time increase from 15s base time to 25s to 30s base time for this skill to feel substantial (halved/retained for PvP)
    Reason: Nen Overflow is useless at this moment, our aura drops to 10 nen depending on the mastery we choose. However, the skill's penalty of losing 20 (max) to 10 stacks also lowers our party buff bonuses, which means it is a +- (this buff does nothing for us and the team), aside from this, we are losing our lucky critical hits from our Marked Attack Passive, which significantly lowers
    a. Total DPS output
    b. Team Buffs.

How do you propose balancing asal with these changes?

Just by make more nerf on the mana reduction, atm fm just sucks on any post pve or pvp

more mp nerf on concentration/ put -asal damage on it .Currently We can't use asal efficiently if we have any nen anyways, because of -mp% per nen that also reduces asal's damage significantly. Being an fm on siege, it's either u're an asal bp or an fm using fm skills.

If u want to use asal while using fm skills, you have to use nen release which is -75% asal damage for 3s after usage. So it's not an instant transition

All this stuff really seems untested. It's like they put update change ideas on a dartboard and just went to town. What was even the point of doing a PTS?

There’s also the one passive that is entirely useless. I can’t remember the name right now but the one that has a chance to give extra nen stacks with concentration. You need to use it twice to get to 10 anyway so having one cast give you 6 randomly instead of 5 is just not good and not well thought out at all
