With introduction of Action Speed as a counterpart of Casting speed I suggest to include them also on buffs that provide Casting speed such as Haste and GT. This would be a great improvement specially on lower level players.

Condor dive does not if you chose the cd reduction but most of the time it’s just the fact you can cast and keep running instead of being forced to stop for 1 second on each aoe/skill instead of being able to run around like a 200% cast ele
