This was a good change, however, due to it defaulting to "Friends only"
Mailing to offline people vending is now close to impossible.
I think this should still be defaulted to "Everyone". Or maybe let the user receive mail if they have active vendor or something.

Honestly I didn't even know they made this change. I tried to mail an offer the other day, and I was wondering why they were not receiving mail.

making a usable system to send messages through vendors is the correct solution. will they actually get around to it who knows.

If I could send a mail to someone at their vendor npc in addition to messaging, that would be useful. That way they can reference it later if I make an offer, if they are afk or offline.

i think this is a good one.
the vend mails will come in separate tab with title (Vend Mail: xxxxxxxxxx). so its clearly stated its coming from a vend not from some scams/phish
