With the addition of CS Awakes & Prems like Clovers, there's been a lot of speed added to the game recently. With the potential of even more speed being added with 3rd jobs, I think it would be a good time to increase the speed of skills like Spirit Bomb & Boom Burst.

These skills are constantly outrun in siege, half of the time boom burst just disappears before it hits its target.

boom burst is fine, but for spirit bomb? would be too op cuz psy can still rack kills effectively as it is.

by that logic ranger auto attack projectile should be slowed to be the same speed as spirit bomb cuz they'd "still rack kills effectively"

only 700% speed is needed to outrun arrows, so probably next update they need to do arrows too kekz

For balancing reasons, I'd add projectile speed as an obtainable effect, rather than a general change to the skill.
Of course, projectile speed should be in competition with attack/damage bonus effects.
E.g. introduce the effect as a piercing card for your Suit, or add it to the current Lusaka weapons (not crystal, the green ones)
