I get what you're going for, but the continent names are Flaris, Saint Morning and Darkon.
The town names are Flarine, Saint City and Darken.
Would be weird to me personally if the capital city of each place was called their continent/country name.

I don't recall ever seeing the words Flarine and Darken until I started on Flyff U

This is from 2011 and it looks like it mentions Flarine here. Don't know when the shift happened but I don't recall ever seeing Flarine in the very early days.

it's an issue in the dialog, the map data displayed the villages/towns as Flarine, Saint City and Darken for a very long time. NPC dialogs were translated and they probably just did a poor job here, you should never take these as reference.
