And not a single report has been made until today? Are some people that lazy they can't even take 5 mins of their precious time of the day to report a bug to keep the fairness of this game?
Deciding to keep it for themselves to use it from time to time instead of reporting it immediately may not be the brightest of idea as this may caused them to get banned.

From memory, reported at the early days but no action, as expected. The bug doesnt really impact that much, only can be utilized for one thing. You cant endlessly spam skill as mp/sp will be drained and you need to replenish. So yea, as mentioned by Ari, this bug doesn't bother much, you better use the time to find and report other bug which will be more meaningful.
