Upgrade Bug

Summry : There's a bug in upgrading items. It doesn't even show if it's a success or fail.

Position: Coral

Expected result: Please help to what am I supposed to do.

Additional comments: I reported this one through mail and I haven't received any feedback yet.

There are multiple possible reasons for this:

• You might be standing too far away from the upgrade NPC (position bug) and you need to move closer
• You have a very low stack of erons or minerals in your inventory. Try combining this stack or move the small stack on your bank and try again
• You don't have enough penya in your inventory

Positioning and Internet issue.

Tried all of those. However, still not working. My alternative accounts were doing fine, but my main account was not.

Usually it's 2nd and 3rd points of Cysotiso's comments. You tried all of those? Changing channels perhaps?

It's been a week already I tried all those things and with changing channels. I do have enough resources to upgrade. However, it's still not working, up til now I can't upgrade any items in my inventory using scrolls.

Is your Upgrading Material stacked separately? (e.g. you have 2 stacks of Erons. 1st stack is 5 pieces, and 2nd stack is 9999 - may it be soul linked or not, it will still yield to the same error.)

If the above is not the issue. Do you mind providing a full screen video and a longer one please, so we'd have an insight on what issues you're facing. You can upload the video as unrestricted on Youtube and send the link to @rotund slate
