Summary: Most of the time, when you finish a dungeon and go to your next one, you have to wait 2~3 min before being able to open it, making us lose Prem timers.
Character: Nutella [Any character].
Position: Any dungeon entrance.
Visual Proof: Picture Provided.
Expected result: Being able to start the dungeon/instance right away.
Actual result: Being stuck outside until the game decides there isn't another dungeon running.

Additional comments:
We used to think this bug was caused by people using a blink inside the previous instance/dungeon, but it still happens even when we make sure everyone runs out manually.

It's most likely because the 5 minute time window of 'pick up loot' is still counting down. It would be nice if the instance would close if all party members have left

I think it is also stays open in case your team wiped (back when you came back to life in town after death and not at the entrance of the dungeon) so you have some time to get back.
Still very useful when you are doing the quests (except Stormpeak because the quest NPC in inside the dungeon and not outside) so you can leave get the next quest and go back inside.

All of that to sat this timer should be kept when no one in your group is in the dungeon but it is not completed but heavily reduced or removed for when the dungeon's boss is dead

This usually happens when the team left the dungeon through blinkwing and not going out through the portal at the end of the dungeon
