Thats only partially true. The boost works kind of like a drop. For instance you could choose the drop settings as "random" and other chars will "drop" the boost

Secret boost shouldn't be bad for anyone who is leveling, role doesn't/shouldn't matter. Just because someone likes to play the roll of FSRM doesn't mean they should be left out or ridiculed because of it. Don't be a lesser human by trying to belittle a playstyle you can't handle yourself.
