I can't move around Madrigal for 2 minutes without seeing bots, maybe either get personnel to manually ban them or improve the automated system (if it exists).
When I see these bot swarms it looks like no one even tries to stop botters. When I report them per Modmail I get a response after 2-3 days. I can't even file multiple reports properly trough that system, so maybe a different discord bot that can take multiple reports would be nice (or just reduce response time for Modmail).
Ideally though, bots should get banned without players having to do all this reporting (they might get banned eventually without reports, but areas below ~Lvl80 are filled with them).
If you stand in the cities on ch2, ch3 or ch4 where almost no real players are you can see the bots running the exact same paths every few mins, just stand near the blinkpool and you see them arrive and then all follow the same paths (they do this on ch1 as well, not like anyone bans them there either).
And before I hear the argument "Just don't buy penya from botters", I don't buy penya from them, but it is not like gala does anything against real money trading (RMT) either, be it from normal players, or from bots. RMT isn't that easy to spot, but these bots are just out in the open for everyone to see.
