Summary: The 'group' skills of the RM is not working for the group members while using tower tickets. My knight isn't healed by heal rain and does not receive 'Eveil de Tiphereh' although the position of the RM is right back of my knight (checked using Merkabah).

did you try to remove your master quest then try heal rain again? if it works then possible this is a bug for master quest since in the daily quest at forkasen tower, master quest isn't allowed to enter.

It only works if players are in the same guild. The recent update for Secret Room is also applied on Tower Ticket instance:
GT and Heal Rain now affects guild members in Secret Room.
