Gala loves money, scroll = money.
Gala happy, players happy = win/win
@rustic scroll Since transmuted Items aren't tradable anyway, you could add a counter/score to your wardrobe items (technical under the hood or visible to the user). Basically increasing every time you transmute the specific wardrobe-skin and decreasing once you change the transmution. Then the scroll to implement only works on wardrobe-skins with an equal score/counter of 0.
Only thing to take care of than is what happens when a transmuted item is being deleted. (But shouldn't be too difficult to figure out what skin the deleted item had, look it up in the players wardrobe and adjust score/counter).
So solutions to fix the abuse able part of this suggestion are there for sure.
Couldn't this be abused, put expensive CS in wardrobe, transmute your speed set to look like it, take it out of the wardrobe and sell it again?
@rustic scroll Well obviously that's the duty of the developers to make it not abusable. But for example as soon as you remove it out of the wardrobe you loose the skin aswell ofc. Then you get a random skin (which is in your wardrobe already) on the fashion which had a removed skin on it. And before you ask, what if they dont have a other skin in the wardrobe? Well then you cant remove it cause you need alteast one other set/piece in the wardrobe.
@ancient galleon I agree. Its not a big change to the game but many people would appreciate it. I wouldnt mind to pay like for example 200fc to get a piece back and be able to use it on other characters again. I mean if you play a other character the fashion is basically dead if you aren't playing the character anymore.
Addition: With the temporary FWC Server many players create/created a new account, some would like to use the new created account as their new main. But guess what, the wardrobe is empty. This Scroll would help a lot of players who are willing to top up and transfer their wardrobe to a other character.
Or atleast make the wardrobe accessable for all characters on a account as mentioned here: #1114242028264501269 message
the main problem with is suggestion is that added items in the wardrobe dont the details of the item. example i know someone who accidentally transmuted bloody knuckle+9. wardrobe showing clean bloody knuckles. and also ALOT bug can happen when this thing happen like what you said example i remove the transmuted fashion, you said that it will automatically remove from fashion and change on the existing fashion in the wardrobe but what if no other wardrobe available? what will happen to the items? no transmute but still soul link? im not against this new wardrobe system because i played flyff pc and flyff pc transmute is worst like example i bought shield w/ wooden shield transmute. i dont want the looks of wooden shield but that shield is good. now i need to spend transmutation remove just to remove it. and most of item in the market is transmuted that you dont like. you will say that dont buy it because you dont like the transmute. no in flyff pc you dont have option specially not many player playing that game thats why if you saw items that you need, you buy it no matter the looks of that item. also warbrobe remove the inflation of fashion like example WHALES that buying alot of fashion speed just to get the 10%. now that any lower than 10% fashion will sold in very low low price. thanks to the wardrobe system that fashion is getting out of the circulation.
No, I already paid 500m for a gummy bear set
(jokes, this isn't a bad idea)
Just wanna mention this is still wanted and needed, especially with the upcoming end of the FWC Server. People made new accounts with a almost empty wardrobe. Some of us want to use the new created account as their main account. I still think this would be a really good addition to the cash shop. I would really appreciate this feature.
FWC cosmetics would just flood the market of the server it transfers in if this gets an approval. There's gonna be less people running dungeons if this happens since cosmetics are one factor that people grind for dungeons.
I agree that transmutation needs a rework because we're getting screwed by paying twice for it (burn an item + have to pay to remove the transmutation), but because of FWC this is not the way to go (everything from FWC must stay account/soul-linked)
This will disrupt the fashion market
Not sure if yall not aware of it but the market is already screwed over on the main servers.
I'm not sure why it's a valid reason to screw them even further
And it'll be a different kind of screwed too
Dont think the market will be flooded with fashion tbh, if they add a cs scroll, not everyone will buy it
I don't really mind about the scroll wardrobe thing, the only issue i see about this is the cosmetics coming from a speed server. Unless they'll make FWC cosmetics (droppable in dungeons) character or account bound then i'm all good about it.
FWC cosmetics = wings, titles etc those will be account linked. If you are talking about dungeon cosmetics, these will not be transferred I believe. It's not written in the pdf.
edited: Dungeon cosmetics, if wardrobe(d) yes.
Scrolls should be around 250 to 300FC a piece IMO.
I think you can put them into the wardrobe and they will get transferred with the account. So with the idea of the scroll you would be able to put them out and resell them. Maybe it would be a option to make the items account linked again after taking them out of the wardrobe if its a cosmetic item from the fwc server. And i agree 250-300 fc would be a good price.
It will flood the tradable and rare ones. This will just worsen the market as is in each individual server. This will discourage people who run dungeons on a daily basis since it's not cost efficient anymore to run. Cosmetics are the most expensive dungeon loot currently in our server since A cards are only around 400m.
as i said i actually dont think so tbh, the devs will find a way to fight against this and if you only play for skins its your fault tbh
this will actually kill the rarity of the game. having face out fashion is like having vintage items. like example only few people in the game own the CW weapons. like and i actually like that some people owns rare items mark them as pioneer of the game. example i owned the limited edition master cloak (Red color). which make my character a little bit rare than other players.
Ok but its just switching the owner, how does this kill the rarity?
It kills rarity because usually player sell all items before they quit but when you implement this wardrobe refund. They will just simple resell it that keep that item circulating in the game. Unlike permanent bound in the wardrobe of players that quit. In the long run you can only see few items circulating.
i doubt it
