Not everyone is active on discord to gain discord exp. make an system to connect your account to a website for converting in-game achievements for discord exp.
(Account-Discord Linked) Once claimed, cannot be claimed anymore.

Example (exp numbers are just suggestion):
Total Play Time (Flyff Fanatic 5000 / 5000) = 500exp
Reach Lv. 140 = 400exp
Finish All Master Quest = 300exp
Guardian of Madrigal = 100exp
Dragonslayer = 150exp
Reduced to Ashes = 200exp
Also.. Normal Monster, Instance Dungeon, and other achievements that are achieved over time playing.

not much of exp but this will help active players in-game to at least reach to a rank to post on suggestions.

Upvoting for visibility, I think the current system presents too much of a barrier for most people.

Discord is already a barrier to entry for a portion of the player base, and even within this community here, the rules are set up to only give a platform to the talkative players. Do they really need it? Where are the voices of the newer or less chatty users?

I don't have any other suggestion to fix this (and I also couldn't post my own even if I wanted), but if the current suggestion system is here to stay then I think we need something like your idea to help make the suggestions more accessable to other players
