Piercing Arrow (FIX) Rework

As most players know, especially the Rangers, Piercing Arrow is useless in any circumstance and is never used because of how ridiculous the current hitbox is. This topic has always been discussed but was never reworked, and what Rangers have been getting these past reworks is nerfs, nerfs and nerfs. There's nothing further to be explained as most of the experts know what I'm talking about so we hope to get this hitbox and description fixed asap.

or Just have this skill completely reworked and convert it to a Buff skill instead.
Piercing Arrow Buff: Block Penetration, Critical Damage, Hit rate, etc to give a fair 1v1 dps for Rangers.

Piercing arrow as a buff for block penetration and crit damage would be good.

I would not put 1v1 benefits on a aoe skill. 1v1 needs to be looked at in another suggestion.

Fix the range and add a 10% incoming damage modifier debuff to it.

Be patient, they might be trying to be careful..
we all know how Rangers flooded the server back then and became a pest on everyone around them

they gotta be careful on doing some stuff on that class, its also the most bot friendly class there is due to how easy you can use it.

no such botter would use piercing arrow lol. this is not something they heard of for the first time, if you were here from the start of Flyff discord, this topic has been heard by them and ignored totally throughout the year.
