I'm still trying to understand how to properly use Anki. I was wondering what you guys do once you reach this screen in your reviews. Do you try and do all the cards that will appear later or do you just stop doing anki? I feel like having to wait 10 minutes every time I fail a card to complete all of these cards takes forever and I miss out on immersion time? But I'm just curious what others do when they get to this point?

Once you see that screen, you're done with anki for the day. Go immerse.
Are you using the JP1K deck or another downloaded deck?
"The next learning card will be ready in 1 minute. There are 25 learning cards due later today."
There are 'learn ahead limit' settings for Anki under Tools > Preferences > Review > 'Learn ahead limit'. You might want to set it to something like 20 minutes. This way, these learning cards that will be ready in a few minutes get shown at the end of your review session anyway so you can actually finish.
@rancid gull that's also the recommended settings for Refold/JP1K, right?
I'm using the Core 2K/6K Deck
