Anki keeps resetting scheduling & review settings

Its been a few times now I have tried enabling v3 scheduling in order to use FSRS, and every time I sync it to my Android tablet and back it forgets both the v3 option, and FSRS and also the scheduling of when a day starts (I work night shifts sometimes so that moves a lot).

Any ideas why this may be?

I don't think v3 works with Android/AnkiDroid yet

Or custom scheduling like FSRS

I know it doesnt, but in theory shouldnt it just ignore it, then come back when I sync cards to ios?

Is there a way to disable settings sync?

I had the same issue, you have to enable v3 on ankidroid too

2.16.2 , i'm not sure if the google play store ver is the most up to date. I got it from github but it should be on google play by now since it was an official update

Yea the google play ver is right

for good measure I also pasted the same FSRS code into ankidroid but I don't know whether that is necessary

so i decided to give it a try when ankidroid finally got updated

for the most part, it takes a while for the after effects to kick in but some people do run into some issues

I ran the optimizer and %86 is what i got so i stick to that
