I cleaned the monitor. I was sick for a long time so that could help cause the monitor to become that dirty. I am not trying to find excuses for it. I am a lazy person in general so I just rushed making this setup and I didnt clean the monitor.

I am currently saving money for a better pc. For now I will be looking forward to flipping PCs, PC parts and consoles. I can play games (from 2010 or older)

I got a rx470 4gb and gtx550ti

just my SFF pc doesnt support them

and my b450 and z170a are incomplete (I dont have backplate for b450 so i can instal a cooler and for z170a I dont a 6gen cpu)

z170a has 100% a older bios so I can run my i5 7400 on it
