We have created this role to work hand in hand with our Moderation team. Helpers will be around to equally answer questions about the server, help reiterate the rules when needed, and can assist with basic things around the server.

As you seen them around the server please give them the same respect you would give our Moderation team. If you still need to contact a Moderator though, utilize @compact night (ModMail)!

With that said this is not a position to be asked for or applied for. This role will slowly be granted to people who are helpful around the server and as we have a need for it.

As we continue to grow as a community there are a few topics that we wanted to touch on moving forward to make your time here easy and to make things a little easier on our Moderation Team.

Channel Usage: Please make sure before you post in a channel you are using the correct one. This includes raids, trading, Unions, etc. This helps keep the channels decluttered.
Channel Content: The channels right now are very, very busy. Make sure what you're posting is on topic and not toxic.
Community Conduct: Please be positive, do not mini mod, and treat your fellow community members respectfully.

Reporting Other Users and not Mini Modding
This is something we want to address quickly here! With the channels being busy (especially the raid channels) it is important to not engage with others who may be trolling, being toxic, or otherwise unpleasant. If you come across this do not engage with people.

Discord offers multiple ways to handle this. The most important feature is blocking others.

If you come across something that is breaking our rules utilize @compact night! This is a Modmail system in which we can quickly help you! If it's something that can be fixed by blocking someone, do that first or it might be your first answer when contacting us.

Hello everyone!

We've added some new roles and things you can do in the server. You might start to notice badges appearing next to users' names. We've implemented a new 'ranking system' in the Discord where you can collect badges as you're active. ( #poketwo and all trade channels will be exempt as well as #rank-check ).

We are currently using the Mee6 bot to do this, and how experience is distributed is you're given a random amount of experience as you're active once per minute as you post and are active in the server.

For now, all of the badges that can be earned are found in the Kanto region (Boulder, Cascade, etc.). The badges are obtained starting at level 5. For now, you can check your rank in #rank-check once every half an hour.

In the future we will implement rewards and potential give aways for those who complete the set of badges that can be obtained, but that will be announced at a later date.

If you are a subbie, unfortunately your badge will not display next to your name as your subbie status takes precedence.

Moving forward, we will likely pull potential candidates from those higher badges in the server when we need those positions filled. @everyone There is a NEW problem with Pokemon Scarlet Violet connectivity that started about a day ago. People are getting a new error preventing them from connecting to other trainers, which includes my bots. I can assure you THE BOTS ARE FINE AND STILL WORKING. This is purely a Pokemon Company/Game Freak problem. The error is not every time nor is it permanent. To get around it, some fixes have been to reset your game and change bot more frequently, like every 5 tries or more. I apologise on behalf of the global muilti dollar company and indie dev studio.
