Depends - last season I purchased packs of the TCG for Pokemon and wouldve given them to the people with the most raids played - but none of them ever contacted me back unfortuantely -
You could use them to trade for random Pokemon - you could trade for specifics - it depends on whats going on at the time, and what I'm working on

Not many hosts do baby dens as it requires a new save file in order to do and if they want to do 6* raids (like ap raids or herba raids) then need to switch to a save file that beat the game and switching save files on a whim is easier said than done

I know mimi has done baby dens but other than her xeion maybe has done a few? They’re generally not as popular as the final evolution raids as those don’t really have sought after mons/raid drops

I can’t host any myself unless i dedicate a playthrough to only hosting baby dens as my current saves all have beaten the game

Theres level 25,35,45 (i think 55), then jumps to 75* then jumps to 100 for

All raids hosted in here and #auto-raids are legal raids, that would naturally occur if you played the game for an infinite number of hours, so by that I mean you would eventually be able to find all these naturally in game, it would just take you a very long time

The only thing the hosts do, is force a specific raid to be loaded, they do not alter the legality of the raid itself.

Yes, all seeds are legal and could eventually be found in game, the only thing that changes is hosts are forcing the specific raids to appear, not altering anything that doesn't already exist in game ^^
