Instead of Dynamaxing, the big change here is Terastallization. When a Pokémon Terastallizes, it changes into a unique Tera Type that can be different from its normal type. This adds an interesting twist because you have to adjust your strategy based on this new type.

You’ll find these Tera Raid Battles by looking for glowing crystals scattered around the map. When you approach one, you can interact with it to start the raid. You can either invite friends to join you or let the game fill in with AI-controlled teammates. Up to four players can join in on the action.

The battle itself feels more dynamic compared to Dynamax Raids. It's got a real-time element, meaning things move a bit faster. The raid boss has a big HP bar, and as you chip away at it, the game shows the damage more dynamically. The boss will put up a shield that you need to break through to keep dealing damage effectively.

After you defeat the raid boss, you get a chance to catch it, and it will keep its special Tera Type. Plus, you’ll get various rewards like EXP Candies, TMs, and other useful items for your trouble.

The raids themselves I'm familiar with. It's more about the shiny raid finding that I don't have knowledge on. Since in SWSH you could just check the den and date hop to the next shiny.

So, as I read this, in SV to find a shiny den you truly have to get lucky or have one injected? Not like in SWSH, where you could check the shiny seed and manually time travel on a vanilla switch?

SV runs on a hex seed, so every den has a random seed, these seeds are static among all games - you can't go to a specific time to get a den. You can still dayroll with going into manual time change, changing and clicking okay to get new dens, but you'd have to check every single den on the map and roll - and by checking, I mean going in to the raid and running away

Yeah I do I was hosting manually earlier but it was like 4:00 a.m. nobody was up let's see that was an hour ago I mean if you want I'll be home in like 10 minutes

I usually just play in the reds myself so as the bot me and then two users when I host and the raids are randomly picked out of a pre-selected pool but at any time I can always force a specific raid to come up next

There's a hard coded limit for one override per bought at a time just so it doesn't get crazy with requests

No, its right chanel - because I do ask that your IGN is in your nickname - if you have Nitro you can have different names in different servers, if you have regular discord then you have to ask a staff member to chnge it for you otherwise every server you're in will have the same name -

A key - a way to decipher code used on maps. (A decryption key )
Its for reading the list -for example it says perfect IV in the list - the key explains thats 6 31ivs if you didn't know. There are squares on the list - the key says its for square shinies

And yes. For the most part only the host, the bot itself is injected but once you connect and catch it it's completely legit and legal because it's coded for your game

Any pokemon from an online raid is legit, the servers won't allow an illegal raid (a raid that is forced to be shiny through other means than the seed), to go online.
In code every den looks something like this (simplified)

Seed: 4F4021FE
LP Harvested: 0
Den type: Distribution

The seed runs through some calculations and stuff in game, that determines the following:
What pokemon it is
What drops it has
What typing it is
If its shiny
And all sub stats such as IVs, height, weight, size etc.

What the bots does is change the Seed parameter, and if needed the Den Type parameter.
But because everything is run by the seeds 8 bit hexadecimal system, it's impossible to get illegal pokemon by changing those two.

The raids either cycle , or are randomly selected from a preselected pool.
So lets say theres 20 raids - it will either run 1-20 and then back to 1, or my bot is random, but still within those bounds so 20, 1, 15, 5, 4, 2, 2, 2, 14 (I have no guardrails, so 2 could've repeated forever, or in 1000 raids you may never see it -

But there's no reason to be worried if you "miss" a raid because they will either come around
Or I can force a raid to be next to circumvent the problems inherent with RNG for the raid pool

10 points can be traded for a trade - or you can win a trade just by playing in the raid which all users have a 1/50 change - if the icon changes to on the embed it means one of the three players have won that 1/50 odds, read the embed to see who. If its the original pokemon you know you can skip the embed '

Bots kinda ruined raids, because before the hosts had to at least play with the users - thats been all but removed - but hopefully can replace it with something else raids are not just mash button catch pokemon - thats why elements of chance, etc, make it inherntly more interesting - also for now you earn points win or lose - soon youll lose points for losing and earn them for winning - I also thought about a Black Ops 2 style wager match system - but its hard w/o a guarentee of enough players

Even if you dont want the pokemon trade i think the fact that you know you could win, just in name only if nothing else makes every raid at least a lil more exciting -

Discord throttles me and eventually will cut me off if I make to many calls to their API
Then everything, the bots, my account, my alt account, all get timed out for a set period of time - I can check the ping response by calling the api and the longer the response time the more throttling

Ya theres 55 raids in the Paldea raid pool, and with the exception of Gimmighoul, they are almost exclusively 6*

Also one of the bots crashed like 30 min ago I didn't notice I brought it back up

Keep and eye out for the symbol replacing the Pokemon image for the raid - it means someone in the raid has hit a 1/50 chance odds of winning a bonus vault Pokemon for just playing - but you do have to ping me relatively soon after - I'm not going back days for people lol -

Shiny Gimmighouls have been being run by @tiny zodiac in #auto-raids basically 24/7 for the past week + and Mimi has been hosting them herself , as well as @tidal pike posting in #auto-raids , in #sv-event-raids

If you want something specific speak up soon because they are gone in 1 hour 40 minutes - when they switch out with 7* Dragonite

I'm building things on top of raids to add extra replayability, and gamification to the raids so its not mindless click click click all day -
As of right now you get a point regardless of if you win or lose, simply participating, that will eventually change -

There is a leaderboard the keeps track of everyones scores -
You can currently exchange 10 points for a randomly traded Pokemon from my Vault - if I happen to have something you want / need your in luck, or I might be doing a giveaway like all of the LGPE Shiny Legendary Birds & Mewtwo & Giovanni's Mewtwo -
The current leaderboard tracks who has the most unspent points in their balance - but there is a master leaderboard that keeps track of how many raids have been done.

Additionally if the Symbol appears in place of the Pokemon for the raid - thats a quick QOL feature way to tel if someone of the 3 players won the 1/50 instant win for participating in the raids. Every raid you play in you have a 1/50 chance of winning a free vault trade - you dont have to take it - you dont have to do anything with the points - for those that do its something extra I'm working on as both a hobby project and something to make things a bit less mundane in the raid department.

Since I've been counting 8436 player instances have been brought through a raid with one of our bots - .
The current top scores for unspent points are the following players:

shaun - 79 + 73
jacob - 56 +
Bryan 55
Ash 54
nick - 53
batteries - 47 + 54
There is a function to check your score - but I haven't made it public yet - if you want to know how many raids you've completed you can ask and I'll lyk -

The ranking system and 1/50 prize giveaway are both things that can be increased to be of more value in the future - but I wanted to start off like this first.
