It has to do with backwards compatiability with the other switch games - for all intents and purposes there is no difference. Square is technically rarae - in sword and shield they had diferent sparkle animations, but the animations are the same in this game - all it means is what is programmed as a square shiny and what is programmed as a star shiny - its in the pokemons data - but it doesnt' affect anything in the game.

Yeah it doesn't look like Xieon is hosting their raids in live atm just Darth so check back every so often and look for the Aizen bot that is Xieon's and is usually geared toward shiny raids

They are 100% legit unless you say " i know I was joining a bot hosted raid to acquire this" - dont say that - and they are 100% indistinquishable from any other raids -
We dont mess around with illegal raids of any kind here -

  • We wouldn't likely be able to get away with it
  • We'd all put ourself on a ban list
    The raids in #auto-raids are all 100% legal raids (as long as you keep your mouth shut tbh)

The points program is a work in progress that is in development for only Aizen Suske's Raids as of now - I will roll it out and offer it to other bot hosts when I have everything sorted out -

All good - If you get the tera_sterllar2 when in the raid on the top right of the raid embed - you'll be able to quickly see if someone in that raid won a random vault mon - if you did you have 30 min from that embed to DM or Ping me - Discorrd time stamps will prove the time - until the next season starts (probbably later tonight) you can still get those - just not the big prizes

NO! You're getting them from a bot - we do not condone the use of any of these Pokemon for use in official tournament play - your breaking the TOS of the Pokemon Company - The only Pokemon we are ok with users using in tournaments are ones from Raids - because youdidn't know anything you just joined a legal reaid and caught as legal pokemon - but if you admit to doing that then you admitted to breaking TOS - so shh

Otherwise - we do not condone the use of any Pokemon you get from any bot trade for tournaments - We do not believe in using these Pokemon in tourmanets -

Exactly - and if you go to a tournamnet - just bring pokemon from raids - or ones you caught yourself - I wouldn't even trust traded pokemon or anything - unless you catch it yourself - and I know how much it costs and how much time it takes - but its just gonna make TPC more and more pissed off - Especially with the cheating with AI images scandal that just happened. We dont want Nintendo/TPC causing any trouble - dont poke the beat -

Thats what I always tell people - I give out Pokemon for users to enjoy with their friends and single player - but never an official tournament - I want the rules to be changed to a showdown format where its based 100% on skill - and it can get there - but if you cheat which that is doing in a tournament - its bad PR for all of us players as a community - TPC wants to make money thats why they gate pokemon behind paywallls - ok so just make a higher $ entry fee for the tournaments and let players have access to everything - if a large number of high ranking Pokemon VGC players went about this in the right way theres a chance things could change - until then we gotta obey their TOS for Tournaments -

Nope, me and Blaines, and the rest of the hosts heres, Vader, Mimi etc - we all make sure everything is legit - theres no problem putting them in home -
All pokemon I give out from the vault have home trackers - most of which I personally moved over from the 3ds - Your fine - its only official tournaments - you're find to use online or in pokemon home - Just I wouldn't use them for any type of online qualifier for Worlds or stuff like that

Theres prize money on the line - your technically cheating at oficial tournaments - its in the TOS - they dont care about home or just online matches - its when official stuff comes into play thats how you get in trouble - thast why we say yes they are legit and legal - but they could still be a clone, or w/e - and even if I knew the algorithm they were using to at TPC i dont think Id tell the community - because I'm personally against it - Im against TPC rules as it is - but until we get them to change them we stlil gotta play by their rules - because you'll get caught - and then it will just cause more anger from TPC - you get more bees with honey than vinger they say.

Right now things are just in the Alpha: - I used to be a gaming tournament director - and this is the stuff I enjoy doing - making and running games for the community -

  • But I've given away a good amount of prizes already - including the full set of legendries including Giovannis Mewtwo from LGPE - Some Hisuian Alpha Pokemon from PLA -
  • There's gonna be a lot of Pokemon Go Shinies caught by me added to the pool.
  • Right now the odds of winning just for participating is 1 in 50. You have 30 minutes from the time the tera_sterllar2 to either ping me or DM me with a link to the raid you were in - tera_sterllar2 awards a random vault pokemon -
  • During a "season" there are big prizes - The season ended a while ago #sv-shiny-raids message but we're still keeping track - and I'm giving out prizes for people who hit increments of 50 raids, 50,100,150,200 participation only.
  • The next season will not just be participation - you get 2 points for winning a raid - and you lose a point for losing a raid
  • There's also a search function - so myself or other staff can search your name and tell you your score -
  • As well as a minimum amount of raids that will have to be played before you can even get the tera steller symbol or be eligible for any bigger prizes - I've decided to convert score into spendable points - at first players will just bank the points from the previous season - but they can spend those point for trades or request raids -

I'm trying to build out a more interactive and engaging raiding experience for Blaine's and my communities - and especially give people a reason to keep coming back to this discord to raid.

For the most part the answer is maybe -

For example the raids are run by either humans or humans running bots -
You could ask a human host and they may decide to run that raid for you - You could ask a bot host to add a pokemon to their bots rotation.
My bots run on a pool system - and each raid is independently random from a preselected raid pool of pokemon - I'm going to post it below:

If you really wanted a volcorona - I can force it to the front - I have it set so 1 pokemon per raid pool can be an override of the random selection - once the volcorona you request has been raided - then its possible for another user or you to ask for a different raid to be forcibly ran -

If a pokemon isn't on the list - it would require adding to the raid pool ,and then you'd have to wait for it to appear (randomly out of the options) - Right now theres 2 bots running one paldea one blueberry academy - one on scarlet one one violet - if possible for the map and game and if possible within the game the raid you want exists then it could be added for you - Thats not a guarentee though - raids run 24/7 in #auto-raids bot hosts are not up 24/7 and not all raidas are possible on each version of the game, and most pokemon are locked to 1/3 of the maps

It is a point system leaderboard during seasons during a season but then I decided that it would be wrong to just -0 out everyones score - so whatever points you have left at the enn of a season you can spend in Urahara Kiskes Pokemon and Candy Shop
As of right now you could win just by playing - each raid you play in you have a 1/50 chance of having the tera_sterllar2 symbol show up meaning you won something. Those are off for now.
Prizes are given out for increments of 50 raids and the get bigger the higher the multiple of 50
There is just a lot going on - after go fest on Monday the next season will start

Right now theres a lycanroc up in #auto-raids
There is 99.9% of the time raids being run - that is where the are posted.
The raids for my bots are randomized from the list I update and post a few times a day - I can force a raid to be plkayed if its not showing up for you or something you really need since technically you could never see that raid due to rng

With requests I have it programmed to do 1 per switch at a time - Right now only Blueberry is running.
If you request something from the pooll I can load it for you - but you have to wait until the raid is done before I can use that command again and take another request (Its hardcoded that way to prevent people from blowing me up with requests)

Did you quit? I went to check and it was already doing the energy release animation -
If you join a raid please see it through - that raid took the max amount of time - and wastes time, costs money for electricity, and other users cant enjoy the bot - thats why suspensions are given for joining and leaving - Im not sure what just happened but if you did quit consider it a warning since I didn't see it

I'm working on some things for our dedicated raid community in the coming days - I mean theres only so much I can do - but I will try to make things a bit more entertaining and engaging - working on it rn as we speak

13 more raids until the counter hits 4000 (players not raids - 13 more players need to play in a raid or 1 person 13 times) and thats since I started counting when implementing the new gameplay elements to raids
Raid points will be converted to currency at the start of a new season - Your leaderboard raid score points will be kept track of between seasons - (new season starts at 0 but there will be a total ranking which is the sum of all seasons)
When Season 1 starts Bryan will have 260 RSTS - Raid Soul Tokens - These can be used in "Uraharas Candy and Pokemon Shop" to buy Pokemon - buy things within the community - have private raids hosted and much more -
For example say 100 points and you can pick the raids that are run for an hour
Or for say 25 points you can reroll your vault pokemon to something else if yu dont like the random pokemon u win

In the future- right now its just participation points - and I give people something usually at multiples of 50 or if they win the 1 in 50 odds (so by doing 50 you will get somoething matching the odds)
Eventually points will go up and down based on wins and losses - and you can use points in exchange for specifics/categories - I haven't drawn out that far in that much detail yet - I'm still on the programming stuff not the practical implementation yet - if you get a tera_sterllar2 is random - its a random not normal pokemon - so marked, legend, shiny, something like that

If you want a raid run specifically from the raid pool, you need to ping me so I know - Im not just sitting in this channel all the time - because theres no need -
Conkeldurr is not on the list as far as I can see - thats a little more involved than just requesting a raid thats already in the preselected pool.

It's currently been programmed to only alow 1 raid per switch to override RNG - It will not let you attempt to do it again before the first raid is cleared on purpose so hosts don't get overwhelmed - and the idea was really random - not specific raids - but I did feel there should be a way to force at least once since the RNG could give you 100 of the same raid in a row - For example if you want kingra that would've just required you Ping and ask and I would've made it the next raid for you

Its usually a magikarp specifically for ditto - I didn't know my umbreon in the raids knew sand attack - I'll change it so that doesn't happen again, because I dont want to change pokemon when raids change

I helped someone else fight it like I think yesterday morning, I didn't want to switch pokemon to magikarp for just one raid then back to umbreon for everything else - but I didn't realize that the build of Umbreon the bot has knows sand-attack, I need to change that move - it took forever to beat it. It cant really damage you, although it has quick attack, its just a pain I have to fix

While I'm switching up the raids the detais and the raid embed image wont match all the time - right now its Leveanny - which is correct - but some of them may show BBA info with a Kitkami picture - all the raids are shiny bare minimum, so whatever the pic is - thats a shiny raid at least for that pokemon until I'm done switching everything

There was also a couple Dondozo in the rotation - I removed those as welll since people said its easier to solo so no use running it

I believe if you join in a raid with one of xieon bots then wait for the raid to start you get the point (regardless if you win or lose you get the point anyway) if you join and blackout from xeion bot then you are pretty much ban for how long xeoin set the ban timer.

Throwing: If someone if throwing multiple matches - you can report it here you can DM me or ping me -
The back out rule was put in place because it you join, and backout the bot isn't checking the pointer for say player 2, if player 2 backs out, and no other player joins the bot will still start the raid - The player verification happens after the raid starts - I would need a buffer window - and check to verify all players who joined the raid are still in the raid - and if not cancel the raid - If you ever notice it say "our party failed to make it" - thats what were trying to avoid because it costs $ for the electricity to run the switch - it takes a PC to control the bot, takes up bandwidth, and there's moving parts in the switches - wear and tear is inevitable, and after a while all the times the bot plays by itsself adds up to a lot of players who could've played, and I'm guessing it does less stress on the switch when it has to render raids opposed to sitting on the loading screen -

Also the umbreon is built like a tank - with 1/3 EVs in spc def , 1/3 ev's in def, 1/3 ev's in HP, perfect 6 IV's a denfensive nature, holding leftovers, has the hidden ability synchronize, and is shiny level 100

  • (Avg time is 10 minutes for the raid to end when just the bot using the aforementioned umbreon)

As for points and such #sv-shiny-raids message if you're confused ask me - I'm always adding onto it - but that post is the most up to date version of how things work - also theree a master leaderboard, you get points regardless of winning or losing for now, and you can do 10 raids as of right now, or hit a 1/50 odds since every time a player does a raid that player has a 1/50 chance of winning, theres a bunch of commands like the ability to change the odds or search a players score, if you raid alot and want to know how many you've done you can ask me and I'll get you that number

the raids posted here are whenever a hoster feels like it, there is no set schedule...

the raids in #auto-raids are usually always up and running. Dave's bot is the shiny one, the @tiny zodiac bot, and then sometimes Darth Vader's bot has shinies too when it is running, and he also hosts item raids too there. @tidal pike mostly runs item raids.

then there's #1078820727081406485 for other item raids
and same thing for #sv-item-raids , it's whenever a host feels like hosting there

Couch is right I do normally run shinies - and I try to have bots running as close to 24/7 as possible, and they can always be found in #auto-raids by @tiny zodiac

I will write up an official guide later - but I like gaming, and gaming with this community - so my bots often have some additional element to them - For example your participation score is tracked, and every raid you enter is a 1/50 chance to just win something for participating. While the raids are nice for the shiny or the the grinding from all the big and little events I've run in the past players always say its the dopamine rush that is the real prize. Like the person who cracked the password for the shiny porygon giveaway said getting it right was more exciting than whatever he won -

Additionally you can trade the points you earn for right now just random special Pokemon from Aizen's owners - you can also search your score and how many points are in your balance, as well as the high score (in terms of spendable credits) and the overall leaderboard, but I dont have those turned on for the public yet but I will. Each time I rerank the leaderboards I get something like this:
