For the best attk mew you need to run full evs in attk and hp, fully iv trained and use an adamant nature. For the moves: leech life, swords dance stuggle bug and either life dew/terain/light screen with bug terra.
As for support it's full hp ev's and a split for sp deff and deff, full iv's ofcs. For moves light screen struggle bug mysty/electric terrain and life dew, the moves are a must have and as for terra type it can anything that's not weak to psychic but bug is recommended
