Anihillape kills it fairly consistently for me just because of how quickly it gets to max attack off of defiant boosts. Sure play-rough hits hard, but a shell bell gives enough recovery in my experience. Just make sure whatever type it is doesn't resist your moves

2 things you only need to be super effective to the terra but look at the originals mons terra and dont bring something weak to the original types second ev train your mons and gove them movel like belly drum or swordsdance span these untill you are at plus 6 you should do a lot more damage

Support umbreon is pretty solid.

For solo play — Anihhilape is slower than iron hands but not as frail because you’re not cutting your health in half at the start. It can handle most six stars that don’t hit it super effectively eventually.

Arceus is the best all rounder because simply swapping the plate lets you type counter any raid, but you can’t really expect everybody to just have one laying around.
