Yep. I have a contrary shell smash Shuckle at 100 with perfect IVs and it’s Def and SpDef EVs maxed out. It holds Rocky Helmet. Knows Rest, Toxic, Shell Smash, and I forgot the other. Haven’t used it in a while, I’ll have to check.
