Now that I think about it my Tinkaton I used for Delphox has EVs in special defense instead of speed. I wonder if max EVs in speed is enough to outspeed Delphox, given Delphox has a better base speed

Actually yeah. The Delphox has 234 speed assuming raid mons don't have EVs. And Tinkaton has 287 with max EVs and a neutral speed nature.

Yeah. Tinkaton is slower though if you don't give her speed EVs, even if Tinkaton has a Jolly nature.

Tinkaton can do it in one or two turns, depending on how many Perrserkers there are (the 4th trainer should either be someone random that does nothing or is an NPC)

For one turn, it should be the three perrserkers screeching and then Tinkaton waiting for the drops then hit with the gigaton hammer.

If only two Perrserkers, then turn one the two Perrserkers Screech and the Tinkaton attack cheers (can't use swords dance as we want choice band). • Ability: Electromorphosis
• Move Set: Eerie Impulse & Acid Spray

1x Enamorus (Regular Form, No Therian Form)

• Ability: Contrary
• Move Set: Sludge Bomb (Only move u need)

Turn 1: Enamorus (Cheer Atk) for all members. Bellibolt must Eerie Impulse Enamorus because Contrary ability makes stat changes have an opposite effect. In other words after turn 1 Enamorus have 6+ sp.atk!!!

Turn 2: Make sure that all 3 Bellibolt move first with with Acid Spray to lower Delphox -6 sp.def when it succeed hit Delphox with Sludge Bomb!

This is the most effective way to kill Delphox in 2 turns!
