full spdef eviolite gato. Mud slap turn 1 to change into a ground type as delphox uses willowisp. Timing of other moves depend on team comp, but I run mud slap, helping hand, taunt, fake tears.

3-4 mud slaps at a time is sufficient. Overall, you do need some skill to drive it, because what you do depends a lot of the game state.

First do 6 times calm mind, Delphox won't be able to do much damage after this. Then one or two flash cannons (that won't do a lot) until Delphox clears its debufs. Third is do 3 acid sprays, then terastalize to psychic and do one stored power. That takes like 80% of the hp bar. If there's something left Delphox will clear your stats, but one flash cannon is enough to finish the raid

Yes, you need psychic for this, or steel for the other strat that's around. I went for this because I already had one Armarouge. Iv'e heard that fire tera still works, but you don't have the 2x STAB, it's just 1.5x. You might need to improvise for that
