I ended up making a frosmoth with defog, mist, aurora veil and terrablast(fighting)+light clay to support the team. start with AV, then mist, then defog, 2 attack cheers, heal cheer, renew mist, defog as he puts mist back up, and reup auora veil. With icy scales he does like 11 dmg to you each hit. Hopefully, by this time someone's iron hands will finish him off.

It can take the Mickey and be somewhat faster so keep those heal and all out cheers handy

You can swap out screech for bulk up if you prefer
