It is impossible to host it online. You have to do it on your own, because when you switch on your internet (or anyone else), the Samurott raids will disappear.

Roaring Moon is okay, but its biggest problem is to buff itself. The only way to boost is Dragon Dance which can take a few rounds (and maybe Sunny Day). Additionally, it can be burnt by means of Will-O-Wisp which would lower its attack significantly. Its typing is great, no doubt about that, but it will last long to take Typhlosion down, imo.
