Use Chilling water, next turn, decidueye will reset all ur buffs (it doesn't matter since u don't have any). Now you can boost urself with cheer defense, use Chilling water again to lower his attack, then he will do like 100 or less dmg to u
If you need to heal, use Parabolic Charge, Big Root will boost ur healing. After Decidueye gets his shield, he will reset his stats, use chilling water again, then Acid spray (2 or 3 times) . Tera and use Parabolic Charge, I didn't use Thunder since it has 70 Accuracy, you will heal alot and deal an ok dmg to him
