not everyone needs to do high amounts of damage having a Pokémon with those stat reducing moves or weather for those raids with sun/rain can be the difference between winning and losing

npcs dieing does not affect the timer but humans who lose pokemon makes the timer go down a lot in high raids hence defense/hp evs being more valued then attack evs in some cases

and lastly look at the tera type for the super effective damage but do not neglect what pokemon your fightings stab types and abilites example the flareon might have flash fire making fire moves buff it rather then be super effective

hopfully these tips help with future raids

also 5 star pokemon is lvl 75 6 star is lvl 90 and 7 star is lvl 100
