You need to finish the post game and do all of the requirments to unlock 6* raids. Until you have 6* raids unlocked you won't see 7* raids in your game.

Clodsire: Earthquake, curse, recover, and then poison jab/gunkshot (I prefer poison jab). You only use the poison move to get your terra then terra ground and spam earthquake
