I've seen some people put Skill Swap and Reflect/Light Screen instead, for certain raids (Corviknight raid for example, Skill Swap is a must)

Taunt first for certain raids (like Blissey, Amoonguss, and Dondozo that has annoying support move), otherwise go straight to Screech/Fake Tears depending on what's the damage dealer in the raid group, then Helping Hand the damage dealer after it done setting up

I only use one Umbreon, the EV for mine is 252 HP, then spread the rest equally on Def and SpDef

Adamant, max Atk-HP evs, belly drum-drain punch-close combat-whatever (mine has thunder punch), hold booster energy

(For umbreon, wide lens is another good item choice besides leftovers, since you'll want screech to not miss)

However, you can also build it hybrid with Thunderpunch or Wild Charge. Or straight up build two IH, one with fighting tera type and the other with electric (that's what I did, although I use the fighting one WAY more often)

Some people like having a coverage option on the 4th move, and run Iron Head, Earthquake or something like that. Personally I don't feel it's worth it
