5s are level 75 with a 20x hp pool and 6s are 90 with a 25x hp pool. Basically bring 100s, hyper trained and EV trained or you will struggle. And obviously... don't bring something the base pokemon is going to OHKO. If you feel you aren't strong enough play a defensive support poke instead. use defensive cheers to keep your team alive.
