Unfortunately you need to help with the raid. Turn off auto save, put down a hard save, do the raid, and then restart and it should still be there.

Well just so you know. Typically if you see a good raid. no matter what raid it is if its shiny or excellent rewards or even a rare pokemon. If you want to share it and are willing to host for some more people to have that reward. You have to have the autosave feature off and save before hosting the raid. Once you faint the pokemon and see the reward just exit to home screen and close the app
