@half orbit from what I've gathered you do metal sound first if you have 3 golden, if not use it till it's been used 3 times, then use nasty plot to boost yourself 3 times, heal when you need to with recover so you don't die, then slam whatever with steel beam or whatever else

There are a lot of good Pokemon to use for the raids, any Paradox pokemon that doesn't have a lot of weaknesses will probably be good to use. Iron Hands is a popular one to use due to the Belly Drum + Boost set it has. You're going to want good coverage as well. I know Iron Bundle (Delibird) covers everything with Surf/Hydro Pump and Ice Beam/Freeze Dry rather solid. Helping Hand, and defense dropping moves (screech/fake tears) go a long ways too. Both box paradox dragons get one of these moves, so use them if you'd like.

Also, try to be at least lv70 and try to ev train a pokemon; its a lil grindy but getting HP and the respective attack stat to max is also really good. You can buy the vitamins as well, but you're looking at 520,000 for one set of vitamins for a single mon. Depends on what grind you want to do. You'll be leveling up off chanseys quite well, so any HP stat should be farmed up through them for multi-task purposes.
