It's worth noting that you can evolve a pokemon in another game and still have it count - evolved a Sinnoh Feebas in Scarlet and it still worked, you should be all good if anybody has a Paldea Gible anywhere (saying so because I did not think it would, Pokemon can be stupid sometimes)

Ye when you get it with its lets go stamp, you can send it to sv or bdsp to evolve to arbok. In that process the arbok will also get that stamp because you got a ekans with the lets go stamp
