Kinda but no the pokemon aren't really hacked the game wont do anything bad it just wont let me use them until they are fully added i already have greninja and rowlet

So all i know is someone has to have one already and they do a few steps then make a circle then once everyone is in they make a picnic with only that one pokemon while everyone has a ditto then once they make an egg you have for instance a frokie thats both legal and illegal at the same time but Nintendo cant do anything about it
