ahh, an emulator. Well, emulators arent supported by us, hence not recommended - it can trigger our systems and put your account in risk of a ban

Hi, I've been having the same problem for a while now when I play on mobile. When it happens I close the game and log back in and it's fine. I'm not using the beta. I don't know if there's something else going on or if it's just a bug.
