Look at #📝｜technical-info they've announced a while back. Some devices will not be supported anymore, if your's isn't on the list it might have similar gpu to the ones on the list and game won't let you go above very low quality.

I looked it up, devices on the list have adreno gpu and yours is also adreno 610, might be why :/
