Tons of giratina/darkrai, at about mid ultra 2 they start taking druddigon out of the deck. Starting to see more giratina/mewtwo, the occasional darkrai/weavile. lots of darkrai/magnezone started popping up in ultra 2.

Ultra 3 has almost no fighting decks, but tons of gyarados, where it was a decent mix of those two in ultra 2.

Meowscarada decks have been pretty consistent the entire way through ultra.

And of course the charizard deck is still getting plenty of use.

I stopped running into any wugtrio or dragonite decks at around 900 rating

#

Right now there are 4 common decks getting about 20% usage each, 3 of which use either darkrai or giratina, the other being gyarados/origin palkia. then meowscarada and charizard decks make up most of the remaining 20%

#

I run a charizard deck, and the only deck that I feel I have slightly lower than 50% odds against is the gyarados/origin palkia

#

However I was getting wrecked by gallade decks with hitmonlee in earlier ranks

#

Oh ya, I forgot the magnezone darkrai deck messes me up too

#

One deck I've actually seen do shockingly well is snorlax/giratina or snorlax/palkia ex with Barry to get you 100 damage with 2 energy and a pokemon center lady to cure sleep all while building energy for giratina or palkia

I've tried running giratina snorlax greninja as well as darkrai giratina, and was starting to have less and less success.

My final stats for season 2 of ranked. Decided not to push further into masterball, since the meta shifted so fast that I could go from facing a majority of decks I usually win against to ones that I usually lose against a couple hours later.

I was 25 games below 50% winrate, but clawed my way back up to this point

An announcement was made that next season they're looking to include extra points for winstreaks in ultraball and masterball ranks, and no deranking out of ultra or master

#

So more people will likely reach masterball, but it's gonna be way more competitive to get top 10k or top 5k.

#

Because lots of people who were capable of reaching top 10k will actually feel comfortable playing after they reach masterball
