X's by comparison kit has actual counters, his secondary is slow and short and his Primary can be made useless by simply walking into him
Juliette is just an instant cast that pushes you to narnia even without being staggered
I can actually actively play around an X trying to kill me, with Juliette I have to play full offense and hope break barricade fast enough
But if the enemy goalie just clears the core to the edges you cannot contest a Juliette because she will instantly kill you
While the continued X nerfs are dumb and leaving Juliette to be an S+ pick till the heat death of the universe, the other balance changes in this patch were good at least

though I would not recommend Luna, probably the most difficult character to play as goalie
