pre interp not wrokibng

i wanna use pre interp in blur but it gives me error about ffmpeg, vspipe and my gpu

does it work at all if you try and blur the untrimmed video?

or does it work with any other videos?

it doesn't work in general like when the turn pre interp on and then it just says this error on the top
