When on the GitHub I clicked the bottom image and it took me to a video

And I did the shortcut and everything and when he right clicked the video to the shortcut it worked fine but mine pops up with that image

sorry for being so late.. but i've already sent this and made mention of fmmpeg, but the section for it the chat 4 it doesn't take me anywhere so i was just asking for help getting it
