FPS Doing Fine, but OBS is saying Encoding Overloaded | couleur tweak tips | Page 1

I wanted to try out blur again so i started recording a video in OBS with 120fps, when I check the in-game fps, it is over 120fps so technically it should be fine recording, but its saying encoding overloaded

SPECS:
3050ti
i7-12gen

and here are the obs settings

(denominator fps also says encoding overload btw)

its cuz u have 13 cqp

its too low

#

make b frames 0

#

make cqp 18

#

turn off look ahead and adaptive quantinization

make preset 6 to 1
